2. The Diakrin service

The Diakrin console at app.diakrin.com and the related services (the “Service”) are provided to organizations under a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls for the Service.

3. Information on the Website

The Website gives general information about Diakrin. The product film, screens, names, figures, and workflows shown on the Website are illustrations that use sample data. The AI tools, cloud providers, and integrations shown are examples. Availability for your organization is confirmed during onboarding. Nothing on the Website is an offer, a commitment to deliver a feature, or professional advice.

4. Acceptable use

When you use the Website, you agree not to:

• break the law or infringe the rights of others;
• probe, scan, attack, or disrupt the Website or its infrastructure, or bypass its security checks or rate limits;
• use automated means to access the Website at a volume that burdens it, or to collect information about other people;
• upload or send malicious code, spam, or unsolicited messages;
• give false information in a demo request or impersonate anyone.

5. Intellectual property

The Website, including its text, design, film, graphics, and the Diakrin name and logo, belongs to Diakrin or its licensors. You may view and share links to the Website for your own information. You may not copy, modify, or distribute its content without our permission, except as the law allows.

Claude, Cursor, OpenAI Codex, GitHub Copilot, AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and other third-party names and logos belong to their owners. We use them only to identify compatible tools and platforms. Their use does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership.

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

The Website may link to or rely on third-party sites and services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.
